Cat & Kitten Rescue and Adoptions

Here Kitty Kitty Adoptions is a Tampa Bay (serving Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties) based 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization dedicated to finding loving homes for needy cats and kittens. We're also devoted to educating the public about responsible pet ownership, the importance of spaying and neutering your pets, and helping others rescue and care for homeless animals in the community.

If you are looking for a cat to make your home complete, you have come to the right place. But whether you get your pet from us or not, please make your next pet a rescue pet, and make sure it is spayed or neutered!

Adoption Process:
All of the animals to be adopted have been vaccinated, spayed or neutered. The adoption fees vary for kittens and adult cats. For more information, please call our HKKA adoption hotline at (727) 849-2660. You can see some of our cats here.

We can't do this alone. Your money, time or material donations will help save the lives of homeless animals. We are 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, and all financial contributions go directly to care of our animals. Contributions to Here Kitty Kitty Adoptions are tax deductable as allowed by law. URGENT PLEA - This year we have been hit hard by the unwanted/ stray cat situation. We have rescued many cats from outside situations and are in desperate need of donations to cover spay/neuter efforts. Just $55 will spay/neuter a cat!!  You can either send donation directly to:

Volunteers Needed
Love animals? Want to be part of rewarding experience? Then call us to volunteer! We desperately need volunteers for many different tasks, from helping with fund-raising events to hands on care. If you wish to volunteer, you must be 18 years old or older and complete a volunteer training course. If interested, please fill out the Volunteer form and tell us what your interest and availability is and our Volunteer Coordinator will get back to you and will forward you a Volunteer Package.

Become a Foster
A foster home is a short-term safe haven for a rescued cat. It is the most crucial yet scarce ingredient in animal rescue. The more available foster homes, the more pets we are able to rescue. For the dogs and cats in animal control facilities, a shortage of space means death. Adoptions at PetSmart:

PetSmart is keeping HKKA cats in-store 24/7. We rotate the cats in and out on a weekly basis so you can see them all, and HKKA volunteers come by twice a day to feed and play with the cats.
